I study the dynamics of Value creation and use those insights tomultiply enterprise impact
My area of expertise is VALUE:
- highlighting how enterprises understand it,
- how they create it,
- and how they can leverage existing elements in their internal and external environment to deliver Value to their stakeholders, and keep everyone fully engaged!
My experience includes sales & sales strategy and client relationship management across a number of industries, as well as service within corporate governance.
The 'Voice of Value' creation for enterprises
I developed a methodology (Value Innovation) AND framework (Vivre Value Mapping Framework) to support businesses, non-profits and creative ventures identify and leverage on Value to drive growth, after noting that they often struggled to capture and apply the concept of Value within their operations
Be it within my role as the CEO of Vivre Consulting,in my corporate governance work or on stage within the speaking arena, I champion the development of Value Strategy and Value-centered thinking for enterprises to drive success, sustainability and impact

Armed with my corporate governance training, I make impactful and contributions to the governance structures I’m honoured to have been a part of.
I have experience serving in and leading a board committee and have had the joy of serving on the board of an organization.
